Transit Warranty protects your goods ordered during transit against damage or loss. You need to inspect your goods within 24 hours of arrival and if there is damage, contact us via email on with a photo of any damage within this 24 hour time period. Failure to do so will result in your ability to claim for Tarnsit Warranty lapsing. If goods have arrived and you were not present at the time of delivery, and if the goods were left in accordance with your instructions, then no subsequent claim for Transit Warranty can be made.

Transit Warranty excludes damage to, or theft of, your goods after they have been delivered. The price of Transit Warranty is the greater of 1.8% + GST of the value of the goods in the Cart or $11 + GST. Transit Warranty does not cover the cost of a second or subsequent delivery charge or a second or subsequent Transit Warranty charge.
